Wuhoo, I’m just bursting at the seams! The Public Central Historic Library of Corfu has invited me to do a live presentation on their Youtube channel to talk about my love for Corfu and the tales it inspired in me. I will be showing old photos, sharing about family and my summers in Corfu in the 1970s and 1980s. I’ll also be presenting two of my books set in Corfu. Hope to see you there!

A plethora of kindle book deals and sunny photos from Greece

 

Hi there! Today, I have a lot to share! A load of kindle books and sunny pics from Greece too.

Here, I am pictured in the village of Vikos in Zagori. I stand at a precipice that overlooks Vikos Gorge. It was an enthralling place to sit at and marvel at the beauty or nature. This is an old photo, but the travel report I wrote for Zagori and filled with travel tips and stunning photographs is brand new!

I took this photo last week at the marina of Nea Peramos, the little town near Athens that I call home (and my little paradise!) I took a bunch of photos on two consecutive days – a day with dramatic grey skies and one blessed with sunshine. You’re welcome to check them all out here.

This is a photograph of the legendary and mysterious Byzantine church of Agia Theodora Vasta in the Peloponnese. I had the privilege to visit it last Sunday on a blissfully sunny day.

This tiny church has seventeen trees sprouting from its roof and the mystery about it is that no one knows where the roots are, or how they never destroyed the church across the centuries. No trace of root, trunk or foliage visible inside the church either! The only thing that could explain the mystery is the legend of Agia Theodora…
