“Spanakotiropita”, you say? I don’t want to say it, lady, I just want to eat it!
This spinach and feta cheese pie is super easy to rustle up, since it uses Greek yogurt batter instead of pastry. You can make it faster than you can say ‘spanakopita’ or ‘spanakotiropita’, trust me😆
But it comes with a warning.
You will have trouble keeping the family away from the kitchen, once the aroma of the baked pie hits their nostrils, so make sure to make it close to dinner time, or there won’t be much left by the time you get to the table😂
